The property fell vacant and in 2016, planning permission was gained to convert the property to 12 residential apartments. At the same time we negotiated a reverse premium surrender with RBS. The property was sold in a Joint Venture with Sheldon Homes who developed the flats. The scheme is now 100% sold.
